HealthSource Chiropractic of Renton is a growing chiropractic and progressive rehabilitation clinic focused on helping patients reduce pain, improve function, and get back to doing what they love. We are looking for a Rehab & Clinical Operations Specialist to become an important part of our team. This is a hands-on, people-focused position for someone who enjoys helping patients, learning new skills, and being part of a growing business.

This isn't a job where you'll be sitting behind a desk all day. You'll work directly with patients, help guide them through their doctor-prescribed rehabilitation programs, support clinical services, interact with patients at the front desk, and help us build relationships within our local community.

What You'll Do

Patient Rehab & Clinical Support

Guide patients through doctor-prescribed progressive rehabilitation exercises.
Assist with designated clinical modalities, including spinal decompression and Class IV laser therapy, in accordance with training, clinic protocols, and applicable Washington requirements.
Assist with X-ray workflow as permitted by your training and Washington credentialing requirements.

Front Desk & Patient Experience

Welcome patients and create a friendly, professional experience from check-in through check-out.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, maintain documentation and communicate with patients.
Assist with insurance verification and other administrative activities.

Marketing & Community Outreach

Participate in community events, health fairs, and local networking opportunities.
Help develop local social media and marketing content.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is dependable, energetic, coachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

You should have:

Spanish/English bilingual ability is highly preferred but not required.
A Washington Chiropractic X-Ray Technician credential is a plus for candidates interested in performing X-ray duties that require credentialing.
Experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, rehabilitation, fitness, healthcare, or a similar environment is preferred.
A strong work ethic, excellent reliability and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to learn and follow established clinical and administrative procedures.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Occasional weekend participation may be required for community events or health fairs and will be scheduled in advance whenever practicable.

Pay: $24.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.

This is a non-exempt, overtime-eligible position. Meal and rest periods and paid sick leave are provided in accordance with applicable Washington law and clinic policy.
