Join our team! We are looking for a high energy motivated Front Desk Manager to join our team of professionals in our busy and successful chiropractic clinic in the Wicker Park area!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced, patient focused environment, enjoys working with people, and wants to be part of a team that’s committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Training pay starts at $18 per hour based on experience.

What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking a confident, outgoing individual who brings positivity, organization, and ambition to the workplace every day. The right candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills, a sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Welcoming and checking in/out patients
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Verifying insurance and collecting payments
Preparing referrals and sending medical records
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining organized records

Experience with billing and coding is a plus but not required - we’re willing to train the right person!

What you bring to the table:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong keyboarding and basic computer proficiency
A friendly, professional attitude and a proactive approach
Dependability and a focus on achieving goals
