Who you are:

What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact—create an exceptional patient experience
- Coordinate patient flow between front desk, rehab gym, and doctor
- Verify insurance and review financial plans with patients
- Support marketing efforts and community outreach
- Assist with patient accounts, billing, and collections
- Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Help keep the clinic organized, efficient, and welcoming
What you bring:
- Associate degree or higher
- Strong patient experience focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Confidence in communication—both in person and over the phone

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
