- Base + tiered performance bonus — first-year total comp $85k–$102k, with future growth potential $120k+
- Flexible, balanced schedule — Monday–Friday, 4–6 planned Saturdays/year for marketing & community events

Your Mission
- Deliver exceptional chiropractic care and help patients thrive
- Educate patients and the community about wellness and prevention
- Lead your team, train staff, and track clinic performance
- Build your practice through community outreach and clinic-building initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years clinical experience
- Energy, confidence, and a genuine passion for patient care
- Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated to grow a clinic and a team
- Excitement for mentoring staff and leading community engagement
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $85k–$90k
- Metric performance & production bonus
- CE allowance: $1,500/year + 3 paid CE days
- Paid time off: 10 days/year + 6 holidays
- Health stipend: $500/month
- California state retirement plan (CalSavers) available
