Lead Doctor of Chiropractic / Clinic Director – Thousand Oaks, CA

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday

  • Weekday schedule designed for work-life balance

Ideal Candidate

  • 2–4 years clinical experience

  • Energetic, personable, and a strong communicator

  • Passionate about patient education and leading a team

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients using chiropractic techniques

  • Educate patients on wellness and treatment plans

  • Build strong doctor-patient relationships

  • Lead staff training and track key clinic metrics

  • Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $85k–$90k

  • Tiered production bonus:

    • 5% of collections $60k–$80k/month

    • 8% $80k–$100k/month

    • 12% above $100k/month

  • CE allowance ($1,500/year) + 3 paid CE days

  • Paid time off (10 days/year) + 6 holidays

  • Health stipend ($500/month)

  • 401(k) retirement plan available after year one
