Who You Are
You’re a chiropractor who:
- Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
- Understands the importance of Day 1 and Day 2 processes, clear care plans, and confident patient education
- Is comfortable discussing care recommendations, financials, and long-term wellness plans and asking for referrals
- Takes ownership of results — clinical, operational, and financial
- Wants to grow clinically, professionally, and financially
- Sees patient care as both an art and a system
You don’t shy away from metrics — you understand that conversion, retention, and outcomes matter.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Excellence & Patient Care
- Perform thorough exams, X-rays, and evaluations
- Confidently deliver Day 1 and Day 2 reports of findings with strong patient understanding and conversion
- Design and manage evidence-based care plans that deliver measurable outcomes
- Utilize advanced chiropractic technologies, including:
- Digital X-ray
- Class IV laser therapy
- Spinal decompression
- Progressive rehab protocols
- Digital X-ray
- Monitor progress and modify care plans to ensure long-term success
Conversion, Communication & Performance
- Consistently convert new patients into active care plans through clear education and trust-based communication
- Track and improve key performance indicators including:
- Conversion rate
- Visit utilization
- Case acceptance
- Patient retention
- Conversion rate
- Maintain strong documentation and follow-through
Leadership & Team Impact
- Serve as a clinical leader and role model for staff
- Collaborate with rehab and front-desk teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Participate in weekly meetings, training, and strategy sessions
- Help build systems that support growth and efficiency
Community & Brand Representation
- Represent HealthSource professionally in the community
- Participate in marketing events, workshops, and outreach
- Build referral relationships with local businesses and professionals

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
