For any chiropractor, chiropractic group or other doctor office - we are offering clinic location for lease in the heart of south Overland Park and the Blue Valley School District.
This location includes three treatment rooms with tables (if you want them), an insulated X-Ray room, doctor office, bathroom and breakroom. It also includes:
- a 500 square foot rehab floor
- a brand new spinal decompression machine table
- cold/hot laser machine
- laptops and computer work stations, and more
- and ALL BRAND NEW.
The office space is brand new and took over $300,000 to build out. This would give a doctor or chiropractor the ability to have a state of the art clinic without having to pay for the build out and all furniture, IT, and equipment.
We are open to collaborative discussions on taking over this great clinic and location that luckily is available for the right professional.
