This opportunity starts in Fairlawn, but we'll be opening a clinic in Strongsville and the right team member will join one of our doctors at that location.

We are an energetic, friendly, fun, purpose-driven, motivated, chiropractic and progressive rehab clinic helping patients get back to doing what they love through chiropractic care, progressive rehab (PT), and other wellness services.

You’ll be involved in many areas of the practice including promotional communications, helping people, customer service, and handling finances.

What you will do:
  • Build great, professional, relationships with patients
  • Insurance verifications, create financial worksheets, and deliver financial reviews with patients
  • Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
  • Scan documents including incoming insurance EOBs, faxes, etc
  • Assist with marketing campaigns & community outreach
  • Weekly patient reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to HIPAA guidelines
  • Work with the rest of the team to keep the clinic clean and clutter-free
  • Manage patient flow between Doctor, Rehab, and Front Desk to ensure Patient experience is efficient, fun, and effective
  • Collect patient charges, control credit extended to patients, and file, collect, and expedite third-party claims
  • Maintain business office inventory 
  • Other Administrative tasks
What you need
  • Two-year degree or more is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated
  • Proficiency in basic math, Microsoft Office and Windows is required
